This week we’re featuring an awesome Jolie Paint DIY project from our dear friend Molly! We love this small business and love all the work that she does. Believe it or not this cabinet was one of the first vintage pieces Molly bought to upcycle!

This cute cabinet, great to hang on the wall or sit on a table with decor, seemed like the perfect place to start. Molly had grabbed some very cool wallpaper from Thistle and Fox to use for the back. Then, with just a bit of leftover paint (Jolie Paint goes a long ways!) she painted the frame. This cabinet is done in Jolie’s Classic Navy, which adds just the right amount of pop. She even painted the chicken wire!

The hardware was spray painted with a new coat of metallic paint (you could always use Jolie’s Gilding Wax!) and then it was all put back together to create the final piece. A coat of Jolie’s Clear Wax was added to keep the piece perfect and protected for the rest of time!
