Our house is gradually coming together.  The dining room have been evolving over the last couple months.  My latest project was taking a bland vintage table into something a bit lighter for our room.  I had found an amazing buffet with a marble top..

then I found these great vintage french country chairs..

I was loving all of the unique vintage pieces but it was getting too heavy in the room so I decided to paint the dining table French Linen (Chalk Paint) and then apply the Annie Sloan Lacquer product on top of it for extra protection.

I am loving the color of the table.  More projects are going on at the house so I’ll be gradually updating you as I find time to pull things together.  I just took on a new design client and am really excited about it so most of my time is going towards that at the moment…stay tuned!
