Over Thanksgiving my sister-in-law and I went to this great little shop in Falls Church called New To You.  They have amazing designer clothes and shoes on consignment.  We just popped our head in and I found these beautiful Frye Boots in my size…a huge size 11!  I wasn’t going to get them even though they were gorgeous, well Julia talked me into them.

Her next comment was “Now you need some skinny jeans” …ugh! I haven’t embraced the skinny jean revolution for many reasons 1) they look uncomfortable 2) I don’t like tight clothes 3) I don’t get dressed up that often anymore 4) I can’t justify $125 on a pair of designer jeans.  Her comment “just get them at Target”…..hmm now that I can do.  No need to hit the mall:-)  So I bought my fabulous Frye books {which I love!}.

Next to hit the Target …. who knew the revolution of skinny jeans …. so many options, colors, etc.  I found a super comfy pair for under $30!  I have to say the skinny jeans and boots have been a fantastic investment and if you have not tried skinny jeans … you might just love them as much as I do!
