Monday was a long and drawn out day. All kinds of hurdles to jump through to finally close on the new house but FINALLY it’s ours. We had lined up a couple contractors for today and had to cancel on one due to the issues at closing but we did get one guy in late tonight. Tomorrow is back to back meetings with contractors and the kitchen folks. When we did our walk through this Monday it was anything but “broom clean” but at this point we are just happy to have closed. I posted some pics on FB of the house at walk through.
