In case we haven’t yet convinced you of all the amazing things you can create and transform with Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan, we thought we’d share this video of Annie Sloan herself. As Annie demonstrates, painting your furniture with Chalk Paint means that you get to be creative and you’re free to experiment without worrying about “ruining” your piece. There is no single right way to achieve the look you’re going for. So you might as well have fun and play around until you discover your own methods! Check it out:

We love how Annie has experimented with different stencils and stamps to achieve her desired look and introduce a little pattern to her piece! And how she fearlessly layers colors together in a way that just always seems to work. Doesn’t it just make you want to get painting?

Come join us at one of our upcoming classes and open paint days! We think the Sweetheart Art open paint days are a great opportunity to experiment! Register for one of our upcoming classes online or in the store.

Be sure to submit your before & afters for a chance to be featured right here on the blog!
