I thought I would share one of my favorite brussels sprout recipe my mom used to make for me as a kid and that I LOVE still to this day!  Literally she brings over the left overs when she makes them at her house for me I am that obsessed.  I feel like we were spoiled when it came to veggies my mom always seemed to have a little something that made them extra yummy. I’m guessing this was her trick for making us eat our greens.

The recipe is SUPER EASY! All you need is butter / sour cream / brussels sprouts / lemon pepper.

Here are the steps….

1 – Trim off the ends of our sprouts

2 – Boil them in water until they are tender

3 – Add in a dollop of butter

4 – Add in sour cream

5 – Top with lemon pepper

Happy Holidays
