Todays Before+After comes to us from Vienna, Virginia just down the street from us!  Tapleigh has an active toddler daughter and another little lady on the way.  She says “I really LOVE DIY projects – making something old new again makes me happy. From simple crafts to gutting our bathroom, I take on the challenge.” Here is what she has to say about her latest project that she submitted for us to share….

The latest project is our nursery for baby girl – lots of fun and lots of color! I used Annie Sloan (Chalk Paint) in Scandinavian pink to repaint a bookshelf from our old office. It was a great “recycle” of the piece and with a few bins it has been transformed into a baby clothes station. I also decided to paint the side table the same color – so glad I did, love it. A cute knob for the drawer and done. The nursery is bright, colorful, and ready for the little lady.
