For those of you in the DC Metro area I was just spending a little time looking for a way to give back to our community for Thanksgiving and I found a Virtual Holiday donation program with Arlington Food Assistance Center.  If you are in our area I hope you too will give back to those less fortunate.  I placed an order tonight and although it’s the easy way out in many ways I was grateful to be able to add to someones thanksgiving dinner.

Here is an online list of local food banks in case I have inspired you to give back a little during this holiday season.  Norman Rockwell is one of my all time favorite artists due to the amazing way his art portrays ever day life, love and the holidays.  Happy Early Turkey Day!
