Well….it’s been about 4 years (plus) in the making but I finally found the PERFECT retail location in Falls Church City. I’ve always wanted to open a great little shop in Falls Church where I was born and raised and now it’s a reality. I got the keys last night and my assistant in everything Laura & my mom helped me start to move in already. We did 3 huge uhaul visits last night.
The location is at 410 S. Maple Street in Falls Church in a development called Pearsons Square. We are just 2 blocks from the current location, Stifel & Capra. The plan is to be open in 3 weeks (ambitious as usual). It’s a 1790 sq ft space and has an urban loft feel which I love and actually sold me on the space. Most people would have wanted some things finished up and polished but I like the cement floors and such I think it adds patina:-)
Stay tuned as we post updates on the progress of the move in…lots of work to be done! many many thanks to my mom & laura for all the help (and my hubby for going along with ANOTHER adventure).

Congratulations on your newest venture. I am so excited for you and can’t wait to see how you fill your newest space. I am a fellow vendor at Stifel and Capra (handcrafted cards near the stairs) and every time I go in to restock, I have to stop and admire all your goodies. I have picked up quite a few of your wonderful things and they fill my home with happiness. I’m sure that I will be finding a lot more at your newest location!!!!!!!
