As many of you blog followers know Marian Parsons aka Miss Mustard Seed has just released a new book called Inspired You. I reached out to her the other day to see if she would be willing to come to both the barn and eventually Falls Church for a book signing event and guess what she said yes! She will be at the Stylish Patina Barn Sale on Friday November 16th 10-12! We are at 4051 Stanford Ct Frederick MD just off rt. 15 and 10 miles down from Lucketts. She will also join Stylish Patina in Falls Church in January 2013, stay tuned for more details.

Those of you that have been reading the blog for a while know that when I decided to make the “leap” Marian was my inspiration. I started picking for Marian over a year and a half ago and I still find her a super fabulous french chair here and there {her weakness}. So if you ever wondered why I don’t have a lot of frenchy chairs it’s because Marian usually gets 1st dibs.

How awesome, I wish I lived near by to go to the book signing. I did hear Marian is coming to the Tampa/ St. Petersburg, Fl area in Feb, 2013. Do you know if she is?
