Have we mentioned how much we are loving the Finding Home Farms product line? The Sweet Maple Mustard is one of our absolute favorites and we have been looking for every excuse to use it. Which is why we decided it might work well in a Autumn salad dressing. Turns out we were right, it lends just the right amount of sweetness to balance the tanginess. The best part is, it doesn’t require a million different ingredients! Check out our recipe below.

  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of Finding home farms Sweet Maple Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Like the mustard, the salad dressing wasn’t overly maple flavored and really was just the right amount of sweet. You may decide you want to add more mustard if you are looking for a sweeter dressing. We used it on our salad with mixed greens, shaved Brussel sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, cranberries, and candied walnuts. And it might just be our new favorite salad!
