A little update on our two months, 2 babies one house series…this week they are installing the kitchen cabinets and pulling the kitchen together. It’s exciting and always a bit terrifying since you hope that everything fits like you planned. It’s not quite like a dining table you take home and if it doesn’t look quite the way you wanted you can return it. In all honesty we ran into a couple little hurdles that I wasn’t super pleased with regarding the cabinets but all in all I am pleased. Plus once it’s all put together the small imperfections usually fall by the way side.
I thought it would be fun to show you a little progress update from when we started….
You can see the original inspiration for the space here and the kitchen layout designs. We look possession of the house early July so it been a quick turn around thanks to some amazing contractors. You can see more details on just the house renovation steps and progress here on the blog. Now for the fun stuff the pictures.
Today the counter top guy is coming for measurements and I need to go and get the hardware for the cabinets. We are about a good week out from having it all pulled together but hey we are so much closer than we were a month ago it’s amazing!
