In our new home I am planning on updating our master bedroom and have been playing with a royal blue and orange color scheme. I wanted to add some high impact colors and patterns that were not overly feminine for my hubby. I really was wanting to paint the walls a deeper blue BUT I don’t think the we get enough light in the room to do that (we will see on Monday) so I was thinking light grey walls and then pops of varying blues and orange potentially. Here are a few inspirational images I found on Pinterest. What do you think?

I love the first two photos. The blue/orange combo is a great idea. It is fresh, bright and something that’s not seen everywhere.
I think a bedroom should have a serene feeling to it so I liked the very light grey walls with the light blue and touches of orange on the throw pillows and bench at the foot of the bed.
