This week’s Before & After comes courtesy of Sarah a Stylish Patina customer and a former spray paint addict. After trying out chalk paint for the first time, she’s been converted! Check out this beautiful dresser (the fourth piece she’s done with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint!)
Like so many of us, Sarah had a piece of furniture that ad been in the family (it was her dad’s child hood dresser!) that was in beautiful condition, but maybe wasn’t quite her style. But thanks to a couple coats of graphite paint, she made it her own!
Sarah went for more of a clean and contemporary look with this piece, skipping distressing and opting for a full coverage paint job in graphite. She sealed it with clear wax to preserve her hard work. Doesn’t it look great?
Did you know that Annie Sloan created her paint line so that most projects could be completed within a day? That means your projects don’t have to drag out across multiple weekend or hang over your head.
Come grab your supplies or buy them online here and then send us your Before & Afters for a chance to be featured!
Happy Painting!
