I found this wonderful painter from across the pond that has this lovely you tube video on painting with Chalk Paint.  I enjoyed watching him apply his wash and then do a wet distress and finally applied the new Annie Sloan white wax.

It is always so interesting to see the colors they paint with in Europe compared to the colors we select.  They tend to use a lot of earth tones and we use the vibrant colors.  He is painting with olive in this video and I think I sell maybe a total of 4 cans a year of olive in states! I hope you enjoy this little bit of inspiration as much as I did!
