I found this cool vintage record player that someone had turned into I think a jewelry dresser. I kept putting off refreshing it for some reason but I FINALLY got around to doing it and LOVE it, I have named her Betty! Pardon the pics, not my best work.
I used a base coat of white and then country grey (Annie Sloan Chalk paint) on the outside and paris grey on the doors and inside …they had this old school pineapple tack paper that needed some fixing so I just went over it with chalk paint to freshen it up. This project came together as I went along….I actually started with the paris grey and then just wanted to try country grey so I figured I’d use it…I have to say that is one nice thing about the Annie Sloan paints is that all of the colors look great together so it’s hard to mess something up.
I did two coats of paint and then gentle distressing around the edges. I finished it with clear wax and some sweet glass knobs.
I wouldn’t say these are my best pictures but you get the idea:-)

I really love this piece, and I like the color combo. Thanks for sharing 🙂
