Some of you may have noticed at Rough Luxe this past weekend we had some amazing floral displays by The Little Garden Spot.  They were done by Deborah a local Falls Church resident who is also a customer at the shop and fast becoming my dear friend.

I asked her to share a little bit about her and how she decided to enter into floral design.  Here is what she said…

“After raising my two children I was out of a “job”.  I have always had a passion for gardening and flowers so when my son was a senior in high school I decided to do an apprenticeship with a floral designer.  I was hooked!

For the past few years I have slowly been growing my business and I strive to put a unique twist on each arrangement.  I am doing my first wedding this month and can’t wait.  My garden inspires me everyday, I love to see beauty in the simple things.”

Here are some pictures of her beautiful work and you can connect with her on Facebook!
