I’ve been working with this client for about 6 months now and we have become friends.  I just adore this house.  They had a great little home and just grew out of it.  This is common in the DC Metro area.   They had to make the choice many of us do… move or add on?  They chose to add on in a big way.  The addition doubled the size of their home if  not more.  The main house had to be reconfigured as well to make everything flow but the end result is amazing!

I was asked to get involved in mid renovation but was lucky enough to assist in pick out some of the key finishes, lighting, paint color for the house and then furniture selection and placement.  As for furnishings and home decor we used a combination of existing, family heirlooms and new to create a comfortable family friendly home with charm.
