It’s been a while since I did colorful monday so today we are going to talk about RED today!  When I did my blog series on Weddings I was surprised to find that red was one of the color trends.  I love red as an accent in a room.  I actually was using it a lot in our home for a while and just recently started phasing it out just to try something different. I still use it in our kitchen and our upstairs sitting area.

Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan makes a beautiful red called Emperors Silk that I love as a pop in a room.  I have done two large mirrors in it and it’s amazing.  Miss Mustard Seed Milk paint also has a fun red called Tricycle.  There are so many ways to include red in your home and with themes such as nautical, traditional americana, old school Ralph Lauren, modern Black & Red….just to name a few.
