The basement is still coming together but we had this old server from hubbies mom and we wanted to repurpose it.  Initially it was a TV console so we cut our the wood panels in the doors and had seed glass installed.  Now in the new house I think it will serve as a bar.

I ended up using a new product (I’ll share more once i decide if I like the product or not) it was a high gloss water/oil mix.  I chose a really bold blue to to add a little fun to the room.  As you can see I haven’t gotten too far with my decorating down there..it seems everyone else’s home comes first:-).

I played with this paint because I am trying to find a formula to use Chalk Paint® and achieve a higher gloss modern look…stay tuned for more details!
